Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your clothing order, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at tygr.us@hotmail.com. Include your order details, and we’ll provide instructions for returning your item. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with step-by-step instructions. Please make sure to contact us before sending the item back, as we cannot accept returns without prior approval.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, hosiery)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale/Clearence items

Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards. If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, the fastest way to get what you need is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. As with all returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
